Lovely small villa with private pool located on the slopes of Mount Erice a few kilometers from Trapani, an elegant and lively town that fascinates for the beauty of its ancient historic center, a real living room en plein air, squeezed between alleys, squares, baroque palaces, animated by cafes, restaurants, boutiques, evening hangouts and tourists from all over the world.

Our small villa juts out over the countryside, where the view sweeps from Erice to the Gulf of Bonagia, from its tuna fishery to Mount Cofano, which, with its treads bathed by the Tyrrhenian Sea and its peak scratching the splendid Sicilian sky, offers a staggering panorama.

The mansion is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees, lemon oranges and Mediterranean plants; a swim in the pool, where the water skims over the open countryside below, will make you feel as if you are caressing the sea.

At the back of the dwelling is a barbecue for fresh fish that can be found in the nearby port of Bonagia and a lawn where children can play.
Perfect for experiencing relaxing vacations among large spaces, and comforts, Villa Maria stands out for the staggering views it offers from sunrise to sunset. The large window in the living area communicating with the kitchen, is a lens on the horizon; the simple and essential furnishings contribute to make every room particularly pleasant and welcoming.
The perspectives that open onto the large terrace and the swimming pool create the ideal atmosphere for relaxing with a good read or spending pleasant convivial moments.

The location of Villa Maria is also privileged for excursions in the interesting surrounding area: in a few kilometers you can reach the center Trapani, from its port you can embark for the Egadi Islands.
In a short time you can also reach the characteristic medieval center of Erice, while on the road leading to Marsala you can admire the ancient and evocative salt pans of Nubia with their windmills and come across a flock of pink flamingos that stop in the reserve.

Proceeding in the same direction is the Stagnone nature reserve, a vast lagoon in which the island of Mothia stands out, where you can still admire ancient remains of one of the major Punic centers in the Mediterranean.
A few kilometers from the villa is San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, the Zingaro reserve and Mount Cofano with the possibility of naturalistic excursions, not to forget the temples of Segesta, Selinunte and Agrigento, living testimonies of what was once Magna Graecia.
